Market Price is a mobile oyster bar and educational initiative by Chef Willow Hubsher that aims to bring an oyster sommelier experience to both aficionados and skeptics alike.

In its first iteration, Market Price will offer not only a variety of tasty, specifically chosen oysters, but also an opportunity to learn about oysters and their importance to the ecosystem and the culinary history of our great city - once the oyster capital of the world!
